StillBank does not collect, track, store, or share any of your personal data, mindfulness sessions, or device information on remote servers. Everything stays 100% on your device.
StillBank was built around a fundamental principle: your mental wellbeing, stress levels, and mindfulness journey are strictly personal. We believe peace of mind requires absolute privacy. StillBank does not require account creation, logins, emails, or phone numbers. You can open and use the entire application immediately and completely anonymously.
StillBank does not collect, inspect, or transmit any of the following:
All session history records, completed minutes, day streak counts, audio volume preferences, and custom intentions are saved exclusively in your device's local sandboxed storage (UserDefaults & local filesystem). This data remains strictly on your device and is backed up only to your personal encrypted iCloud/iTunes backups if you have enabled device backups with Apple.
If you use StillBank on an Apple Watch, practice completion records and streak metrics are transmitted directly between your iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple's local WatchConnectivity framework over encrypted local Bluetooth/Wi-Fi channels. No external servers or cloud intermediaries are involved in this synchronization.
All payments and purchase validations are processed directly and securely by Apple through the App Store StoreKit infrastructure. StillBank does not have access to your credit card number, billing address, or payment credentials.
Because StillBank does not collect any personal information from any user, it is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not knowingly solicit or collect data from children under 13.
